Even if you get a chance to run away after he has already attacked you, it is advised that you take the opportunity, if you get one that is, to attack the attacker back and immobilize him so that you can make a safe exit. If you start running while he is wholly capable of running after you and raping you, trust me he will catch you since is he determined and he, unlike you, is not the victim and is therefore not unfocused. It is scientifically proved that fear can actually turn a very timid and weak person very strong and that strength if used correctly can save one’s life in dangerous situations.

This is one of the most common self defense techniques and yet many forget to apply it in real cases. Perhaps it is due to the fact that people panic and feel pressured and their mind stops working the right way.

The eye gouging technique is a very easy yet to some very gory attacking technique. It is important to mentally stay prepared that one day you might have to sink your thumb or fingers deep in some potential rapist’s eyes. I do not mean just pressing your fingers on your attacker’s eyes, I am talking about making your fingers dive deep in his eyes so that he can never see another girl with lust. When your fingers are deep inside his eyes, twist them and do as much damage as possible. Doing this to the attacker’s eyes will definitely buy you valuable time to escape but I suggest that you do some further damage before going for the escape route.

Go for the ears – slap

This rape self defense technique is very easy and may seem like it can do no damage but trust me, it can make your attacker lose awareness for some time. If you do it right you may internally damage his ear drums, making them bleed and make him collapse to the ground.

All you have to do is take both of your hands and do not part your fingers. Make the fingers stay side by side so that little or no air can pass just the way you make your hands cup while clapping. What you will need to do next is slam both your hands right on top of both his ears as hard as possible. This act is a plausible one because in rape cases the offender has to come close to the victim’s face making it possible to attack in this manner.

This is an age old technique that sisters are used to being taught by brothers while growing up and it did not become an age old method without a cause. It actually works. Just attack the attacker’s testicles with your knee, hand or foot and you can temporarily paralyze him. However, the problem with this defense is that men usually sense this and attack the victim instead. Try not to kick here at the beginning; you can further paralyze him by kicking his testicles once you have already taken him by surprise by using either the eye gouge technique or slapping the ears. Remember if you are, however, successful at attacking his private part, then take advantage of the situation and let go of all self restraint. This attack method works best if you can go near your attacker and raise your knee as hard as possible as he will be less aware of your movements because of the close proximity.

This is a lethal self defense method but it is a bit tricky. Take three fingers from your able hand, usually the right hands middle three fingers and for those who are left handed the fingers from the left. Take the tree fingers and press them together, and the moment you get the opportunity, plunge towards the center of his neck (where the Adam’s apple is situated) with all your strength. This will internally damage his throat and can kill him.

An additional rape defense method:

I consider this technique to be a bit difficult but knowing it would not hurt. Take the heel of your palm and make it push his nose up with all your might. The heel of the palm should be right above his lips and under his nostrils. Pushing your heels upwards, hard and swift, will make his nose bridge break loose and run through his brain. It can kill him instantly.
