Real Estate Training in NSW

Are you thinking about a career in Real Estate? If you plan to be involved in selling or leasing property in NSW you must hold a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.

To be awarded a Certificate of Registration you must successfully complete the NSW Course in Property Practice (Real Estate) approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).

There's more than one way to complete your training. You can choose from a consecutive 3 day seminar course or complete the course by distance education at your own pace within a 3 month period. That way, you can make the most of your time and your investment. Assessment is continuous with assignments set and assessed using competency based strategies

Smart Academy provides real estate training at the certificate level, and also allows you to continue your property education to achieve a full Real Estate Licence. Founded by Tony Rizk, Smart Academy also offers courses in Property Investing, Mortgage Broking and Business Management.
