CYCLE OF INEFFICIENCY

Unfortunately, it's the rare high school or college that teaches anything regarding investing, be it in the fi nancial markets or real estate. Most investors start their investing career by attending a boot-camp style training... you know, three days packed full of handouts, manuals, lectures and personal stories on how the guru or students made tons of money-and you're the one paying $4000 to $5000 for the experience! To be perfectly honest, YOU will pay dearly for training, whether it's through a little upfront greenback OR the school of hard knocks.

Some investors might make a lot of money with this approach, we know many who do, but many fail miserably. Mostly this is because they are one-shot deals that don't offer much support outside of the boot-camp, unless it's to sell another boot-camp. Also, other than a lot of paper and notes, what do they really have?
