It is so important to network with other people who have the same interests as you do. So, since I consider myself a serious real estate entrepreneur, I'm attending a real estate investment club meeting tonight here in Charlotte, NC. Besides the networking that comes with attending such events, you could learn alot too! It's always good to surround yourself with people who are moving and shaking and not just talking. They could teach you how to get your offers accepted, how to structure deals, how to get to the closing table, how to choose good contractors, so on and so forth. I'm so excited and so looking forward to being in the company of some real movers and shakers. And most of the time, the successful ones are more than happy to take you under their wing because they know how it is to start out and struggle. Although everyone has to go through their struggles, it helps to have someone on board with you.
