Unbelievably I was watching a Documentary well a bit of one amusingly naive don´t quite know when this was made before or after the "Big Bang" of Real Estate crisis.

Not naming the lady who is selling or was selling Flats, Houses call them what you will actually has got the X Factor in selling you a House or somewhere to live at amazingly exhorbitant prices lol.
She actually believes in herself there is no doubt about it.

I would describe her as a sort of Mrs Doubtfire Spanish Style I did´nt dislike watching her or listening to her in fact I thought she was quite amusing specially when she said at the end you won´t find prices as cheap as this anywhere. She should be the Chief saleswoman of General Motors and I reckon she would get any company out of a crisis lol.

Taking you around one of her prize Houses or Flats describes everything in detail so much you would think that the House is actually hers and not someone elses.
Put a lot of enthusiasm into all the visits she made them go through showing them the bright side the upper face of the coin of living in that certain area. Lots of sunshine, lots of light sunny House no grey days here lol. Even though you have´nt got any garden to look either I found myself thinking where have all the flowers gone and come to think of it the trees as well.
Also of course the price never comes into the description bit like these one time offers you see on the Internet you have to click on the pay link to find out the price if you don´t want to bore yourself with those never ending pages too.

Hmm so I watched this a bit longer and I was and still am quite amused thinking this lady must be from another Planet.While she was giving you the whole lowdown never batted an eyelid or sighed as if to say I´m whacked wonder if she runs on those cell batteries.

Described all the reforms that one couple had made in the Flat plus the other reforms that the other couples had made too. The Paintwork the floor renewal, the Bathroom renewal the living Room renewal and last but not least the balcony surprise surprise.
This Lady is never in a rush at least never seems to be while you are going on this fantastic Real Estate Tour of your life. If you go with her on one be sure to take some good nice comfortable shoes too lol and a good supply of whatever your anti-stress sweets, cigarretes whatever your mp3 music gadget.
Real Estate Tour is what I would christen this with she took them on no less than nine or ten places at a time. What endurance you might say X Factor of believing you can sell certainly no doubt in my mind that this Lady has a 100% self confidence facing the public if she does lack self confidence she must be hiding it under her umbrella lol.
Actually all these Real Estate prize Houses or dwellings or Flats or Cages with Bars have such an un realistic price tag on them that only the Highway Man Dick Turpin could come to mind.
Have we all gone X factoringly ravingly bonkers?
At the end of the Documentary she states that she has plenty of Clients and none of them has stopped paying except one who has lost his Job.
Does she think then that all us mere mortals have got a Job with almost four and half million unemployed People?
Really can´t think where they got this Lady from or if they paid her a substantial amount of money to advertise their Real Estate Agency. The City I´m talking about is an ordinary one whilst price like the ones she mentioned are acceptable in places like London most of us live in ordinary places lol.
Still can´t bring myself to think is she for real brimming over with such self confidence she should indeed be teaching other People her methods indeed she should.
Oh well never mind maybe they hypnotised her beforehand who knows?
Real Estate Agent Lady also states at the end that if you bought one of her Houses nah she states this like you might be buying a bag of sweets after all she has gone to the trouble to take you around lol that you would be inverting in the inversion of a life time you would never be out of money. Does she work as a Secret Agent for a Bank? Wonder who she works for apart from the Agency?

Last but not least she stated hat you would be purchasing a Real Estate bargain, bargain of a lifetime lol ayee I´m off to make myself a mint tea to unwind and back to reality hope you enjoyed this and has left you with a big smile on your face for the day lol.

In Britain we would say "Some Mothers Do ´Ave ´Em".

Not just a few People but quite a few are living in infrahuman conditions in modern Madrid.
They live in appalling old Flats. No repair has been done there for years and never will be.
Because whomsoever owns the Land is waiting for the living conditions to become so intolerable that the People eventually leave and they throw the Flats down and they construct very expensive what have you Houses, Business or whatever you can think of.
No one seems to have offered them another place to go but also it maybe that they cannot afford the ludicrous price of the Rents in Madrid and all over Spain.
Seeing is believing how these People have to live. They do not live there out of choice they are decent People trying to hold a Roof over their Heads and it seems everyone else is totally indifferent.
One lady said she cannot open the Windows because the Rats would get in that tells you what kind of condition they are in.
