Hi friends,

I do not have any personal experience with ghosts or spirits but when I saw this hub request "Anyone have any REAL GHOST STORIES to share?" asked by mamadragonfly2677, I thought of asking my friends via e-mail to share their stories and publish over here at hubpages. I asked the same question via e-mail and I got many responses which I will publish one by one. Here is one e-mail replied by Jeetu, one of my friend, which I thought is worth enough to share over here.

My schoolmate Jeetu who first settled in Mumbai and now lives in Dubai sent me his personal experience with the paranormal. Read it below:

"Hi soni. How are you? How is everything going on in Delhi? I miss you. Yes I have a real ghost story, which I sharing with you for the first time and it is a true incident that happened. I was in my last year college in Mumbai. I had a nice group of friends. It started when my friend Kunal purchased a bungalow in Khandala in Mumbai and we planned for a 3-day picnic to go over there. Nice of us were going, five guys and four gals. We reached Kunal's bungalow at 11 o'clock in the night. His bungalow was in a society, only having bungalows and no flats. It was really dark. His house was at the very end of the colony. The road had trees and plants everywhere, very much like a jungle. You know how Khandala looks like. It is a very spooky place at night. We reached his bungalow and settled in. It had 2 rooms on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor.

We had a look at the house everywhere on the ground floor and first floor and closed the doors after coming down to sit in the garden. It was a huge house with a big garden. It was very cold that night. After 1 hour, we went back in the house and sat in the hall.

We ate a little and then we were talking and cracking jokes, when suddenly Ravi, my best friend asked all of us to be quiet. After remaining quiet for one or two minutes, we started hearing some noises coming from the first floor. There was somebody who was clapping. Then, we heard a sound like someone was giggling. The clapping and giggling was heard for a minute. Then there was silence. We looked at Kunal and he already had a question mark on his face.

The only way to find out what was happening was to go on top and see for ourselves. My friend Payal asked who will go on the top and the next thing was that all eight of them were looking at me.

There was no way I was going alone. I looked at Ravi who was always by my side. He agreed to come. The moment we got up, the sounds started again. We looked at each other and sat back. Everyone said, "there is no way we are going on the top".

Everyone was shocked and terrified. The gals looked like they were about to cry. I asked Kunal that what was happening. He said he had no idea. He said this was the second time I had come to this bungalow. First visit was when he was purchasing it.

The girls asked me and Ravi to go and check what was happening, but we both were too scared to go. Then, the girls suggested that we leave the place and go back home but Kunal and myself declined the idea. We were too scared, it was 3 a.m. and was so cold, was raining a little. It looked risky to go out at that time. I suggested we stay until morning and then leave. Reluctantly all had to agree. I told the gang to sleep a little, while me and Ravi would be awake and take guard, but nobody was able to sleep. As we were quiet. the sounds could be heard clearly at that time, clapping, giggling at times footsteps and just once we heard a whistle for a few seconds. Let me tell you when we had seen the house earlier, all the doors and windows were kept closed, and none of us opened them, so if you think the whistling sound could be the wind, it is not possible.

The next four hours were hard to pass at that spooky place. Anybody wanting to use the rest room was scared to go alone, so one person had to go along and stand outside the bathroom.

At 6 a.m., the sounds stopped and till 7, we waited. I looked at Ravi and told him that lets go on top and see now, as I am a very curious person. He agreed to come. I picked an iron rod that was lying in the garden and we went on top.

To the best of our surprise, the doors to the rooms were open whereas myself and Kunal had closed them before we had come down. The windows were still closed.

I just saw the first bedroom from outside, and there was no one. Just as we moved a little forward towards to second, I felt someone touched my hair and at the same time, Ravi felt someone stepped on his foot. We had, had enough of this.

We ran down and told everyone to pick up the bags and left as soon as possible.

This was one of my experiences with the paranormal at the bungalow in Khandala. Kunal sold the bungalow within a couple of months. There was no turning back to that place.

Kunal is a big shot and he is son of a builder. They had purchased that place as a weekend house for picnics and vacations. I don't know if any Puja was done there also."

After reading Jeetu's and other stories, my belief in ghosts and spirits is increasing day by day. What about you??????

Hi Uttam, before buying your Khandala bungalow, check out each and every bit of paper properly and check out with the neighburs of that bungalow for any clues or signs of ghosts. Do not worry, everything will go fine but then also if you get to know some spirits, share your experience at hubpages by making a hub.

Best of luck for your bungalow purchase.

Great Hub. Wow your are most published. Great hub inventory. I believe in spirits good and evil. I also believe we have the authority to demand they be gone. (in the Name of Jesus) they must flee. It is like a sword to them and the word says their knees shake at his name and they flee. True story.

I joined your club. Check my hubs when you can. I love new fans

Thanks for the comment PheonixTears. Don't worry. If there are evil powers in this world, there are also good spiritual powers around us which help a lot of times.
