Vampires Have Been With Us Since The Dawn Of Time
Since the dawn of civilization there has been blood drinking ghouls documented and written about by people from all nations down thru history. All the way back to ancient Babylonian Vampire like creatures have walked among us. And there were some really violent people down thru history who practiced at being a vampire even if they were not real vampires.
Like Elizabeth Bathory who was known as the Blood Countess. She tortured and killed over 600 servant girls and drank their blood and bathed in it. She is probally the most prolific female serial killer in history.
And we can not forget the real life Dracula Vlad The Impaler. Vlad had the nasty habit of impaling or having his percieved enemies impaled on tall wooden spikes. He had them impaled and then he would live them there with orders that no one was to take them down. Some people would live for days impaled on the wooden spikes. It is from Dracula, Vlad the Impaler that Bram Stoker got the ideal for his book , Dracula.
The legend of the vampire was very much known in that area of the world which is now Transylvania and Romania. People of those countries have always believed that vampires are very real. Transylvania is now a land of mystery and majic. Many people there claim that vampires are real and many claim that real live werewolfs wander the dark forests of Romania and Transylvania.
Many people from those countries claim that Dracula was a real life vampire and that he is still very much alive today. There is a legend in the area that Dracula was just another name for Judas Iscariot who was and is the father of all vampires. In that legend Judas Iscariot was doomed to roam the earth until the return of Jesus Christ and he was able to spread the dark gift ( being a vampire ) to others.
That legend goes on to say that Vampires aversion to silver can be traced back to the 30 pieces of silver paid to Judas for betraying Christ.
And people should know that the Slavic people today believe very much in vampires. They believe that they are real beings that prey on living people for their blood. And it is the vampire of the Slavic people that we have seen in such modern shows and movies like Buffy The Vampire Slayer , Dracula The Movie , and Ann Rice's Interview With A Vampire.
Ann Rice brought the Vampires to life in her series of books that started with , Interview With A Vampire like no other author in history ever had. She brought the vampires to life on the pages of her books and made us see the real live vampires like no other author in history ever had.
She made people believe that vampires could exist and she made people wonder what could be hiding there in the dark of night. She brought the vampires to life and made them live. You almost felt like they were going to step out of the pages of her books.

Vampire Myths And Legends
In most of Europe during the dark ages there was great fear of vampires and many people were executed for being a vampire. Many people took to burying their love ones up side down so that if they turned into a vampire and tried to dig out of the coffin they would dig down instead of up.
And many many people especialy in Europe were dug up and stakes driven thru their heart to keep them from being a vampire. Corpses were also buried with a piece of real siver in their mouths to prevent them from becoming a vampire. Most legends agree that blessed objects , crosses , silver , and garlic keep vampires away. Many people believe that unless you invite a vampire into your house it can not enter. However once they were invited in one time they could come and go as they pleased.
Some people even in present day Europe hang garlic over their door ways to keep vampires away. There is also a legend in Europe that if you have a cat living in the house that vampires will avoid your house. You can also leave a dish of dry rice or mustard seed outside your door and a vampire will have to stop and count them before it can move on.
Some people in Europe paint their doorways with Holy Water to keep vampires away. Some of them get a silver cross blessed by a Priest and place one above every door way to keep away vampires.

I just want people to know that I do believe in vampires. My family and others don't but I do. I've always wanted to meet one and help her or him quench they're thirst and hunger. But I don't believe that I could offer any thing to them that others haven't already offered. So to the vampires I say do what you must to keep you're self's safe and protected. I have to be honast and say i am interested in the myth Vampires i am researching it at the present and have been for the last few months now. but in all reality for me i must say that if they do exsist it is really scarey to think that a Vanpire can come along and drink your blood and the blood of a infant baby for the risk of there own life or addiction or even so sexual plessure AND TO THINK IT COULD MAKE YOU YOUNG AGAIN which it can not a babys blood will not make u young and the alleged romentic fantasy of a vampire changing you and falling in love is very thrilling and sexy, i will admit but books and movies prove nothing i love the books and twighlight movie. for me i believe every one has a right to there oppinion and mine is that with out really trying to reaserch Vampires and figure life out for yourself a lot of people can get away from themselves with the romantic and mysterious side of things as the mind is very powerful when i have completed my research i will tell all of what i know and what i don't truth is now i am still finding out peace

Well this is to you all it is not a joke about vampires,and be careful what you wish for.I married a man from the middle east and stayed married for 14 years he only married me for the power he knew i had ,i didn't even know i had the power until one day he left and went back home and every thing started to go wrong in my life and i had a small baby boy that was sick all the time and me to but every time we went to the hospital they would run tests and find nothing wrong with me or my son,it has taken me 23 years to find out who was doing these terrible things to me.I went to a clairavoyant after he left the USA and she told me i once had golden hands but the day i married him he took them away and i would never get them back,well i did get them back and i also found out the truth that it was him all the time trying to wipe me off the face of the earth,so when you meet some one for the first time and you don't like them follow your God given gift and stay far away don't ever be pulled into evil you just might not make it out .By Gods graces i am still alive and well.Take care to spread love n light not darkness,Gods power is the strongest power there is.God Bless all
Well let me tell you from my personal experience you really should be careful of what you wish for you might find your self knee deep in quick sand,i married one 23 years ago stayed 14 years and bearly got out with my life,i have 2 children from him,he tried to poison my daughterand my son suffers deep depression and me well all i can say is i am still alive today he has tried to wipe me off the face of the earth 3 times put a loaded gun to my head and tried to run me over with a four wheel drive he is able to astral travel and my home looks like hurricane Katrina was here and my body has been infected by some strange fungus that has taken 40 days to clear this and i am still not out of the woods ,he has rigged 2 cars of mine to have an accident and they were hit while i was not inside of them God and God alone has saved me every time i guess he wants me here in this life ,we are here in this life to heal and help others not to destroy what God has created,so next time yu wish to meet one make sure they are into saving the planet or you might not be so lucky to get away from them with your life,these kind of vampires are not the ones you would want to meet ,take care and God Bless all
What do you think about this thought: if they really exist we would know it? If they exist, there is more than one, there will be much more of them. They need blood. They need human beings - us. So where are those from whom the vampires are fed?

I realy didn't think about believeing or not believeing in vampires untill I read the Twillight series. I think they could be real but I thought I was crazy. I want to resreach them but I'm scared of what I'll find. I would love to think they lived amoung us but..... I call myself a christian. If they are around then how would it be a secret. If they could keep it a secret for so long then it should stay that way. Some of us would like to know but they worked so hard to keep it from us if there is such a thing so maybe it should stay that way. Some lucky soul might met one someday but then the person might not be so lucky after all.

Could someone please comment on this for me. I do believe in God, he has made everything. For centuries vampires and werewolves are the 2 things that still follow through the years. What is to say God did not create vampires or werewolves. I watched Twilight movie and read all the Twilight books, alot of the things in her book are real. I am "losing my mind" are vampires real? I need to know so bad it is "killing" me. I am not crazy but being a vampire like the "Cullen Family" makes me feel complete. Please help?

I come from Transylvania, but thus that I am vampire and I am friendly though. I dont like people rumor about vampires it ruin our and my life can be alert to everyone I didlikes this and no comments.
I believe in vampires. Actually, I'm a "born again". So, that kinda means I have a past life. Yeah, that's true, two actually. And both of them thirsted for blood. Since I was three, I've had dreams about vampirism and such.. until now. Kinda horrifies me, but I got used to it. Right now, I am a human. I'm not so sure if I'll live as long as I could if I become a vampire after The Awakening. I wonder until what age I can survive. But, all I can understand of the difference between vampires and humans are that vampire tends to crave for blood, most of us(them) have a dislike of the sun, they are much stronger and much faster. Many of the vampires today are able to control their thirst. And so, there are less deaths..

I have never really though about if I believed in vampires or not. And for some reason I've always wanted to be a vampire. I also love the night even though I'm not gonna say I am one, because I'm not. I remember being little and wanting to be just like a vampire even though I have researched them now and see that there are many different types. I'm very curious I would like to know how it feels even though they say they have more problems that the average person. It might sound wierd and I'm sure if I see one I'll be scared I just hope that they are nice people like they say. In a way I would want to be part of them if I could but I wouldn't want to hide in the coners and kill people for their blood. Which they say they don't. So write to me k. i do believe that vampyres are real in fact i myself am a psy vampire and a have just recently discovered this about myself. unfortunately i must tell all of you who are wishing to become vampyres that it is completely impossible. you cannot become one by being bitten by one of us. that is all a myth and is only used because it is a sure boxoffice hit. you can only be born a vampyre contrary to peoples beliefs. fortunately i can tell all you people wishing to at least meet one that there are in fact only a very few amount of people in the world who have not met or had contact with at least 1 vampyre. many of us are not aware that we are even vampyres but will have always felt different and unbelonging to the human race. most of us do not drink blood so everyone who is saying how its impossible for there to be vampyres because of the lack of depleation of the human race that is infact not true. my field of being a PSy vampyre is Pranic meaning that i drain the energy or life force of those around me. this is completely invuluntary i do not really want to do this but being a Psy vampyre a human or even animals energy is atomatically drawn toward me which normally results in humans feeling weird or uncomfortable around me. those of you thinking that we can make you imorrtal we cant. we arent even immortal ourselves. we live normally just like you humans do and are basically a secret society among your everyday people. people who think that we can do these amazing things and beg to be turned are part of the reason many of us do not reveal our true natures if we even know about them. pretty much the only thing we psy vampyres do that is in any way different from normal human beings is that we drain people of their energy, well that and animals. and the only way you can even know were doing this is if you know about psy vampyres in the first place or you feel emotionally and phsyically drained after contact with us. really the only type of vampyre that is even remotely close to the vicious immortal things you see in movies or read about in books are the Sanguine Vampyres (the blood drinkers) sorry to dissapoint all of those hoping and praying to become a vampyre one day, the only thing that will happen after a long term relationship with one of our kind is that you will be our main source of power therefore you will always be drained of your own life force so we will start to draw other peoples energies away from them but you will never be as strong as a true vampyre and will quickly stabalize your energy level so it is back to normal. i wuld not recommend for you to voluntarally become a psy vampyres main source because after so long you culd end up suffering in any one of these ways:depression and maliase to supressed immune system or suceptibility to severe illnesses. all vampyres that know of their natures have a code that they need to follow called "The Black Veil" that is about all i can tell anyone at this point but i am still exploring the exstint of my abilities.

My eyes had been getting darker and darker each time, and when the night comes they turn kind of redish.. FOR SURE. My sense of smell is very sensitive, I turned to be smarter.. I still look like Im 16 even tho Im almost 21.. I wont say I run faster cause, well, I havent tried (lol), but my skills have been improving, my reflects are faster, I can even "read" a person by just looking at them.. I dont know how I do it but I can tell what they're thinking (its like a pop-ing thought in my head and weirdly they're thinking about that?).. Its pretty strange, I dont know if I had developed a sixth sense or anything, but like I said before my sense of smell is sensitive, I can even tell if someones sad or angry, or happy or aroused or WHATEVER, I can even tell what their type of blood is :/
I haven't studied biology cause is not of my interest, not even psychology cause I dont really care about that crap (LOL) but I know things that no one can tell that fast :/

You guys don't really know what to become a Vampire is. Are you really willing to kill a person so you can satisfy your thirst? No, no. Vampires are humans too, they only live longer.
I am willing to tell you people the phases of turning into a Vampire:
Phase 1: Yes, you get to be bit or whatever, you can only get the infection IF YOUR BLOOD MAKES CONTACT WITH THEIRS.
It is really painful: Your heart beats and breathing SLOWS, you start feeling very cold BECAUSE YOU BLOOD STOPS RUNNING: In other words, you are dying.
Phase 2: Once you die, NOT EVERYONE WAKES UP. Most vampires drink WIDELY, while others drink WISELY. When they drink WIDELY is only to satisfy their thirst. When They drink WISELY, is to get a new member for the crew. Not everyone makes it to the third Phase, so be careful. YOU NEED TO HAVE a specific type of blood to survive. If not, ask them..
Phase 3: Well, phase 3 consists in waking up. YOU WOULD NOT GET weak by sunlight.... but yes in heat indeed. YOU WILL FEEL weaker suring daylight, and stay awake in night...... other things I dont have much time.
But are you willing to pass all pain, and maybe dont wake up, other words RISK YOIR LIFE? Are you willing to live a long life watching your family get old and die? and even the love of your life?

Many people need to read up on real vampires. You need to understand what vampires go thru each day. Hollywood and many myths have made people think- vampires are these horrible people or freaks. Everyone wants to meet vampire. Most of the time, you can have a vampire standing next to you and you wouldn't even know it. People that are "Real" vampires, were born that way. They have the ability to do many things, that humans or doctors can't explain. Yes, it is true- many vampires drink blood. But, it has to be clean blood (check out by a doctor). Other vampires can drain energy from humans. They do have jobs, can be seen in mirrors/pictures, they don't blow up in flames from being in the sun and so forth. I laugh every time, I read or hear questions like that. People watch to many movies. Research vampires and find out who they are. There are a lot of websites your able to get info from.
I've been fascinated with vampires since i was a little girl. And i would love to be turned into a vampire.
