As a former Realtor ( 9 years Red Deer Alberta, Canada) I know from the inside out, how easy it is to make sales from leads that come from other Realtors in other Cities. Referrals are a nice added bonus to a salespersons paycheck so I developed a 7 step system (below) to help make it work even better for you. FREE

Developing a referral network takes time, and time is one thing that is difficult to come by as a Real Estate Salesperson. The step by step plan will take you very little time to set in motion...... and has the potential to make YOU very well known outside of your city or area.

Viral Marketing Works. It takes just a little time to set in motion, but done correctly, it mushrooms with no more added time on your part..... and continues to grow passively! For those of you who have personal assistants - have them set this up for you.

Here are the 7 steps .........

1- set up a web page strictly for introducing yourself to other Realtors. If you already have a web site- add a referral page that has a direct URL you can promote.

2- Join a Viral Program such as Free Viral and place your referral Bio URL in the system and get YOUR Viral Url banners and place those banners on your web pages.

3- Set up a folder in your browser favorites named "referral Realtors" .... and when you get other Realtor Web Pages.... Bookmark the links named as "location first, then the persons name" for easy access.

4- Make sure you place instructions for the Realtors viewing your Bio to "bookmark YOUR link" in the manner suggested above.

5- Now promote this system to all the Realtors in other Cities you already know and have done business with. Copy paste this thread but WITH YOUR Viral links on it..... Keep on promoting this system until you KNOW you have 10 - 25 other Realtors actively doing the same.

6- At the bottom of your referral Bio web page - paste these steps WITH YOUR Viral Banner(s) on the bottom of the page (same as you do in the email you send to other Realtors you promote this system too). That way you will have passive growth to this program that continues after you actively get your 10-25 going.

7- Once you have 10 - 25 Realtors doing all the steps above - think what you will end up with.... you should end up with 100,000 - 1,000,000 Realtors book marking YOUR city with YOUR name in their favorites.

All the above should not take very much time..... but the rewards will be Fantastic.
