Non-Fat Smoothie 06/18
Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple, sliced
1/4 cup banana, sliced
1 orange peeled
4 tbsp honey
1/2 cup ice
Prep:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
*note - reduce honey to one-tablespoon and calories are cut in-half.
