Not Your Typical Oatmeal Cookies.....
These delicious cookies taste much better than those that you purchase off a store shelf. In fact, they are the creme de la creme of the oatmeal cookie world. Crispy, sweet and tasting just slightly of coconut, these oatmeal cookies put a real twist on the traditional oatmeal cookie. These have flavour, crunch, zip and sweet all rolled into one crispy little cookie.
They don't take a lot of time to prepare and are certainly worth the effort. Made with the whole grain goodness of oats and the sweet distinct taste of coconut they are simply a wonderful little treat to serve up to your family and friends. Give them a try. They are a recipe that you'll find yourself adding into your favorites.
