Quick, Easy and Delicious
Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 can cherry pie filling(or any flavor you like)
Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix together the flour , baking powder and baking soda. Add to creamed ingredients, mixing well.
Prepare a 9x13 inch pan by spraying well with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the mixed ingredients in the pan to the edges and lay the fruit pie filling on top, spreading out as evenly as you can.
Bake for 50 minutes until it is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. You can serve this warm with ice cream or let it cool and serve it with ice cream anyway.
It is delicious, I hope you enjoy it. You can make it a little healthier by using a non-fat sour cream.
