few of my favorite recipes for the grill
Complete Burger meal in a Pouch: Take ground meat and mix with it ketchup, bbq sauce, dry onion soup mix and make a patty out of it. Then place it on a piece of foil wrap and top with vegetables of your choice (ie squash, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper etc). Grill on direct heat until meat is done and vegetables are to your liking. You can also do this in the oven at 375 degrees until meat is done. This recipe also works great for one person.
Grilled Onion: You can take an onion and quarter it but not all the way through. Place the onion on foil wrap and add tsp of butter, bouillon flavor of your choice and spices of your choice. Cook on direct heat for about 30-35 minutes or until onion is tender. This makes for a good side dish.
Kabobs: I like these because of the variety that you can make. I like to cut up chicken and add mushrooms and onions and grill on direct heat until chicken is no longer pink and and the vegetables are tender.
Grilled sliced pineapple in a pouch: Place sliced pineapple on a piece of foil and add to it butter and brown sugar close foil and wrap pineapple. Grill on direct heat long enough 2 melt the butter and brown sugar. This can be as a side dish or a dessert. Can also put a cherry on top.
