60This recipe takes little to no time at all, it's best to use chicken tenders or smaller cuts of chicken as they will cook quicker and more thoroughly I find. It's a great one dish meal and has very little clean-up to it.

Stove-Top Chicken & Rice Dinner
Ingredients:
Approx 1 ¼ lb thin chicken breast cutlets or tenders.
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
¼ tsp paprika
2 C minute white rice, uncooked
2 C fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Directions:
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet. Add chicken; cook until browned. Remove chicken.
Add soup, 1 ½ cups water, and paprika; stir. Heat to a boil.
Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
