Gain Personal Power and Muscle....

If you think that you can never recover some of your Figure that you had before think again it´s like a sculputure it can always be worked on over and over. Remember to be patient there is no five minute wonder here or anywhere else.



You can start by vowing not to sit down so much or slouch around try to sit straight even on a Settee this starts your tummy muscles working at least a little bit.

Yoga is perhaps one of the least invasive exercises also Tai Chi because even if you don´t do it right you are still moving and spreading much needed oxygen around. Hubpage user relache has put on her website the meaning of Om Mani Padme Hum now this is something I´ve never seen before the actual meaning of this this is often started before you use Yoga as a sort of warmup as I´m not a Yoga expert I could´nt really tell you how to do this but it is on other pages on Google.

So far the most impressive keep fit person I´ve come across on the internet and I found him on Yahoo somewhere hes called Rodney Yee. I´m not an affiliate and I don´t think that he sells anything in particular he does teach Yoga and something else in New York at least thats where he was when I found him and his column that he writes in or he was writing in how can you get to build muscle like that being a Yoga teacher? Well pretty sure you would have to go to his Classes and find out. He seems to be a very professional man no weird way out stuff it seems very learnable what he says I think I found him when I was reading in the Yahoo health column anyway you would find him in Google.
I´ve found a certain kind of Tai Chi if you have too much nervous energy and trouble in controlling it at times there are four positions movements you can do that will leave you feeling like you´ve run a marathon and ready to drop into bed lol. Its part of Chi Kung I picked it up from the late David Carradine Video he did with his friend and teacher but the video I had broke but those four movements positions stuck with me and the basic things which I think are very important.
Two days ago looking for a decent Documentary program I found a Spanish Man brandishing a type of sword around and followed it for a few minutes and he just taught a very simple way to unwind and relax but remember its always best to follow a recommended video or take Classes from someone who is sincere and professional.
Actually with Tai Chi it does´nt seem like you are doing anything in particular. If you feel like this and find it hard to concentrate try and follow some kind of Tai Chi exercise for twenty days and the habit will stick with you in some way or another because everyone is different not everyone will become Bruce Lee overnight not that I would´nt mind being able to.
Stick with it memorize some kind of routine have fun with it and if you feel good with it do it your own way and progress more when you want to.
All sorts of things start to happen when you stick with a routine of Tai Chi or Qi Gong. Better muscle tone better balance better emotional response. It won´t happen overnight but it will happen.
So while you can´t be a Russian Gymnast or an expert like Chuck Norris Bruce Lee you can start out on your own and wet your feet with very gentle stuff.
You wil also find that you will want to sit up straighter benefits for your back. Your attitude will change too gradually I find this has come in bits and pieces over time.
Really the ideal thing is to take Classes professionally but I have not found one place yet where they take this seriously.
A long time back I read about a Gym in England where things are taken more seriously and the teacher commented on a little lady who was doubled with Arthritis went and asked if he could help her and he was very moved and said he would try and so he did today this lady walks straight does´nt that tell you something?
I went to a Gym here too and took my sons there to learn BushidoKan I think thats how you spell it but found it a bit intimidating as it seems to be very very muscular type People who frecuent these places so I´ve gone back to my gentle routine every so often when I feel the need and its like picking up a Book that you have´nt read for a long time you will learn more the second time around.
Basic Tai Chi movements are good to use before using your Computer make it a habit if you can and also drink as much water as you can put in there too.
