The problem for was- I bought a new computer a couple of months ago, and it was supposed to be faster and better than the computer I was using before. My new computer was great for a couple of weeks, and then we all know what happened next, IT GOT SLOW! I was so angry, I tried to take it back, but the store, (which will remain nameless) wanted to charge me to diagnose the problem. I tried to exchange it, but they didn't have any more of the same model. I took it to a friend and he told me to erase the browsing history and temporary files. I did this and it helped for a couple of hours, but then the computer was back to the same old stuff.

I started researching the Internet, very slowly I might add, and found a vast amount of information and products that could help me fix my computer. I was pretty overwhelmed. Soon I came across this site called Registry fix.com, and the product allowed me to get a free scan of my computer. I went ahead with the scan, because at this point I was ready to try anything. The scan told me that I had a registry Problem having to do with the firewall and anti-virus software I had installed after I bought computer.

After seeing what the problem was, I payed for the program. The $29 dollars was a lot cheaper than what those other "Geeks" (hint,hint) wanted to fix the computer. I was glad to pay that, at least to give it a shot, and it worked. I had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. I re-booted my computer and the difference was like night and day. Oh, and by the way, I am writing this review on that same computer. I love my computer now... I would recommend Registry Fix, or any other registry cleaner that gives you a free scan and tells you what the problems are.
