MANY people don't have time to exercise because of work and family commitments and it is indeed not easy to juggle all three.

But We must understand that health is very important too. We should consider planning our schedules to fit in exercise.

It is not wise to start thinking of exercising only after you develop health problems.

As the saying goes, "Prevention the saying goes, "Prevention is better than cure."

Companies can play a part in encouraging their employees to exercise.

I understand that most companies are corporate members of fitness clubs located near their offices. Some even have gyms in their own building.

But not many employees are making full use of all these facilities.

Employers should get their workers to leave the office on time at the end of the day and encourage them to exercise.

Fitness programmes such as aerobics can also be conducted in the office after office hours.

Exercise is not only about keeping fit, it also helps one to de-stress.A refreshed mind works better.

RUSSIAN NAVY STRIPED SHIRT LONG SLEEVED TELNYASHKA (XL) [Made in Moscow, Russia. Size: XL. Material: Cotton. Long sleeves] ["A telnyashka is a knitted sailor's undershirt with dark blue and white stripes" -- these are just a few lines in a dictionary, but contained within them is an entire life: the life and history of a garment known and loved by all. A telnyashka, as this type of sailor's garment is known, appeared during the era of sailing fleets. In the second half of the 19th century, white and blue stripes were added to the shirt for practical reasons: sailors working on masts in this shirt were highly visible on decks against the background of the sky, sea, and sails. Apart from that, the telnyashka, in comparison with other uniforms, was very practical: it was warm, snugly fit the body, didn't interfere with free movement during any activity, was easy to wash, and almost never wrinkled. Its colors were also those of the Andreivsky flag, and reminded all of the sea and ships. And not by chance, its informal name, truly a national and beloved element of sea equipment, sounded proud and significant: the soul of the sea! The word "telnyashka" comes from the Russian word "telo," which means "body." Indeed, this shirt lives up to its affectionate name, which describes how it fits the body like a glove, keeping it warm in the stormiest of seas] RUSSIAN NAVY STRIPED SHIRT LONG SLEEVED TELNYASHKA (XL) [Made in Moscow, Russia. Exercise is a great way to relieve the stress of the day. If beginning an exercise program feels overwhelming, simply walking five minutes a day will help get you started.
