Mini Chill Review | Relaxation Drinks | Buy Mini Chill Online
I recently recieved my sample 12 pack of Mini Chill and my first reaction was, "What is this stuff?" It comes in a small 2 oz bottle, like an energy shot. But Mini Chill is not for energy, the package says it's for relaxation and focus The package also says it contains no calories, caffeine or sugar at worst it can't be bad that for me. But what could they possibly put in such a small bottle that can cause relaxation and focus?
The effective ingredient is something called Relarian, a patent pending blend of Valerian Root, an herb, and the amino acids: GABA, L-Theanine and 5-HTP. I'll admit I'm no nutritionist so I turned to the internet to find out what these things do. Valerian Root extract is apparently a holistic remedy for anxiety, insomnia and irritable bowel syndrome. GABA is an amino acid that supposedly causes relaxation and is popular in Asia for that reason. L-Theanine is meant to help you maintain focus, and 5-HTP apparently boosts the seratonin levels in your brain. Seratonin is a happy hormone that's effected by anti-depressants and things like that. I don't know exactly how it works, but I know that if your body is using a lot of Serotonin you feel super happy. I was ready to try it.
I drank a bottle and waited for the effects to take place. I wasn't sure what to look for and the boredom was getting to me so I started reading a book and noticed 20 minutes into it that I was reading a lot faster than usual and where, I normally have to pause every few minutes to adjust my eyes or reread a line, I was burning through the pages without distraction. Maybe I was enjoying the book, but for whatever reason I also noticed what a good mood I was in. I read for another 30 minutes or so and put it down to change my laundry and take care of some household chores. Mini Chill really worked to help me take care of my boring tasks with ease and focus. I'm starting to love this stuff.
With all of my housework completed I wanted to do a little more research into this unique little drink. It turns out it was invented in part by a Dr. named Benjamin S. Weeks, an expert on the nutritional treatment of diseases. Online I found a book by him about Aids (Aids: The Biological Basis) and a bunch of peer-reviewed medical manuscripts written in a language I can't understand. But one of them mentioned Relarian and I looked into it. It turns out he conducted actual clinical trials of this stuff and it worked in almost all cases to acheive the same results that I experienced. So this stuff is no joke.
I googled relaxation drinks and I was surprised to see that there are a lot of brands that call themselves relaxation drinks but I don't know for sure if they're meant to be effective in the same way as Mini Chill. There's one called IChill, one called Drank, and a score of others but unlike Mini Chill their effective ingredient is Melatonin, which is something I sometimes take before bed and it knocks me right out. I can't imagine taking it at work or when I have chores to take care of around the house.
Anyways, folks, I think I've said enough here. Bottom line is, if you see Mini Chill in a store, please give it a try. If your experience is anything like mine you'll feel great and be extremely focused. I got a 12 pack from them for free, but I already put another one on my grocery list.

Mini-Chill is beast! I just bought a 12-pack.
I tried out MiniChill and I have to say I was impressed, I wasn't really sure if it was placebo or not, but I think it was real. I am going to buy another shot tomorrow.
Sounds interesting, I have used 5-HTP in the passed.
Really good info over relaxation drinks. The idea is that a drink is useful (and I refer to the coffee, as well) if you choose not to have it into excessive quantities. Good luck and… don’t be a stranger on Eight O'Clock Coffee!
Glad to see people like my invention. Making people feel good-I love my job!
Also read our label vs competitors, pretty funny. You can only sell a dud once...
I haven't tried miniChill yet but have seen these gaining popularity. There are just as many of these relaxation drinks as energy drinks now.
