In April 09, swine flu was detected in Mexico; thereafter it spread over the world in almost 168 countries as of now. People got infected and finished off very fast. This is a highly epidemic/pandemic disease; the virus of this disease enters the body through breathing via air. The virus has the capability to be alive in air for almost 2 hours. This is said that there is no adequate medicine for swine flu in the market.

Symptoms: Fast breathing, water type substance coming from nose very

frequently, fever, sore throat, diarrhea, vomit etc.

Danger: Any person who comes in vicinity of a person in whom the

symptoms are seen one day prior or 7 days after this, has the

chances of getting affected. The swine flu virus enters through

breathing, thus it affects the respiratory system first, this might

5. Drink adequate water at least 7-8 glassed a day.

8. Avoid shaking hands, hugging and spitting at public places.

9. Take rest at home if affected, avoid going to work.

10. Don’t take any allopathic medicines without consulting doctors.

11. Keep your mouth and nose covered while coughing or sniffing.

12. If there are instances of swine flu near your area or in city, use a

protective mask N-95 on your nose and mouth.

Cure: Though its been said that there is no medicine to cure swine flu,

2. Giloy(ayurvedic herb)(English name Gulancha Tinospora) powder 2-5 gms along with 4-5 basil(Ocimum sanctum) leaves can be taken with half a cup of luke warm water while empty stomach in the morning, to cure the swine flu.

3. Use Eupatorium perf 200 (Homoeopathic medicine) if not affected, as anti dose against swine flu.
