Asthma is a medical condition characterized by breathing difficulty and other related disorders. It is a condition in which the patient’s bronchi get inflamed, swollen and narrowed. This will cause breathing difficulty and related breathing disorders. The exact cause of asthma is still unknown to the medical world. However, genetic problems and environmental hazards are often cited for asthma. In some extreme cases, asthma is a fatal disease.

Too much consumption of fried foods and processed foods may aggravate the situation.

Some yoga exercises offer long-term remedy for asthma and related breathing ailments. Yogic breathing techniques offer great remedy if practiced regularly. In addition to quick relief treatments, various other medications can also be used for treating asthma. Asthma can affect anyone irrespective of their ages. It can be kept under control by using proper diet and physical exercises.
