Removing Blackheads -- Tips for Removing Blackheads
77Are you having a problem removing blackheads? So is most of the world! Billions of people suffer from blackhead outbreaks and have no idea what to do about it.
But you don’t have to suffer to. There are some things you can do that will clear up your blackhead outbreak in just a few weeks. I’m going to be discussing these blackhead removing treatments in this article.
There are three treatments you can use to get rid of blackheads: diet, proper skin care, and blackhead treatment system. Now, you don’t have to combine all three of these into something effective, but it can certainly help you clear up those blackheads if you do.
Proper skin care is one habit you should always practice -- this is one of the best ways to remove blackheads. You should wash your face a couple times a day, preferably once in the morning and once before going to bed. You should exfoliate twice a week to clear out dead skin cells. Just simply having a good skin care regimen can do wonders for stopping those nasty blackhead breakouts.
Now, if a proper facial hygiene regimen is not working for you and you are still getting blackhead out breaks, it’s time to turn to blackhead treatments. This is pretty much the most effective way for how to remove blackheads.
Now it’s crucial that you use the right blackhead treatment to ensure you best chance of reducing blackhead breakouts. If you shop online, you can find many treatments for blackheads that come in a variety of forms. There are blackheads creams, acne creams, blackhead face wash, acne soap, acne past, blackhead oil, etc.
Which ones to use? Well it comes down to which active ingredient the blackhead treatment is using. Researches have found that Benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and tea tree oil effective against the bacteria that cause acne outbreaks. In addition, all these skin care medications help to open up the pores and stop excess oil production. Pretty much all the most effective removing blackhead products will contain these ingredients.
Keep an eye of for new acne treatments though – there’s a lot of research going on into acne cures, and some new companies are producing some really interesting skin care products. So browse around on the internet and see if you can’t find some of these new acne cures. You may or may not find success, but it’s worth a try.
This is not to say that there are other ways to clear up blackhead problems, but this is the best way to remove blackheads. There is a big movement in the alternative health circles. You can find lots of herbal remedies for acne, herbal remedies for blackheads, and even some blackhead home remedies.
It’s debatable whether these natural skin care remedies actually work though. I’ve heard that people have found some success with them, but results will vary from person to person. I’ve used a couple home remedies for acne though and found some success.
Now, besides treating blackhead problems, you also need to extract blackheads from the skin. Going on a blackhead regimen is a long term solution. The short term solution is the actually get those annoying blackheads off your nose and chin! You can accomplish this through blackhead strips (also called pore strips). These are pretty much tape that you stick onto your skin with a bit of water and they dry. When you rip them off, they rip out the blackheads too. They are kind of expensive, so I suggest you buy them in bulk online for the best deals.
You can also use some blackhead tools to do the job. These
are called blackhead extractors and are sort of like special tweezers you can
use to pull the blackhead from the skin without causing scarring. Blackhead extractors are one of the best ways how to get rid of blackheads without scarring. Note that these only physically remove the blackhead, but don't cure the problem.
Now, I want to talk to you about diet. You can go on
something called an “acne diet” which is just a fancy way of saying “eating
healthy to reduce the amount of fat intake.” Basically, you want to avoid all
food that contains lots of sugar and saturated fats. This means avoiding things
like fast food, processed food, breads and pastas made from white flour, not
drinking soda or artificial juices. For better results, you should try and cut
out cow dairy and switch to goat milk if possible. To remove acne, you should follow this diet.
This is a clean diet that will reduce the fat intake which
gives your body less materials to produce facial oil. This results in fewer
blackheads. Removing blackheads through diet is a healthy and natural way of
treating blackheads. It’s also quite difficult. Note that you will also need to
still use blackhead medicines – these will double your chances of stopping blackheads
from forming. This is how to remove blackheads.
So, removing blackheads is indeed possible to do. It just takes work on your part and the use of blackhead treatments.
