Renegade University by Mike Klingler

Mike Klingler has come up with a winner with The Renegade University.

Using the e-book The Renegade Network Marketer as inspiration and a starting point, he came up with a back-office system to attract customers to your online business no matter what it is. His focus is attracting network marketers to his site, but he constantly gives examples of how you can use the University to promote any type of business that you happen to be running on the web. Quite often, he talks about promoting a business that sells flowers! He has put a lot of time and effort into creating a system that even the most novice computer user can master.

The Renegade University is free to use, and offers quite a bit of value in itself. But if you upgrade to Renegade Professional, you have a huge amount of information and training awaiting you.

He has recorded what I estimate to be hundreds of hours of webinar type videos, which show you everything you need to do to post articles at Squidoo, HubPages, and Ezine Articles. He shows you how to create a blog, from the steps necessary to purchase a domain name, to the actual setting up of the blog itself. He goes into bookmarking with sites like Digg, del.icio.us, StumbleUpon, and Furl. He goes through every step necessary to create videos to post on YouTube, Metacafe, and many other video sites. He even shows you how to buy the camera online! He doesn't leave anything up to chance. Mike shows you how to set up your Facebook account, and to start attracting friends to it. There is a huge amount of technical instruction.

And that's not even close to what's best about this site.

Mike not only explains how to do these things, he explains why. He tells you pitfalls to avoid, such as taking great care in the use of a program called "Social Marker" that automatically bookmarks your content at up to 47 different bookmarking sites. He is constantly showing you how to get your articles, videos, and blogs ranking high on the search engines. He has a wealth of experience gained through years of trial and error, and shares it all with you.

And that's not the best thing about this site, either.

In my opinion, the best thing about Renegade University is this: he's chosen to make an affordable monthly cost, so that you can go at your own pace and not be buried by a $2000 or $3000 package cost up front. Plus, he is constantly adding to the site. As the internet evolves, the University evolves, so you won't be left behind. The internet is changing at break-neck speed as Social Marketing and Web 2.0 take over. And he's right on top of the changes, and bringing them to you at all times. The Renegade University is relevant, and it's going to stay that way.
