Renegotiating your mortgage CAN BE DONE!

Are you facing FORECLOSURE?

Here's a list of OPTIONS if you are faced with foreclosure (A PDF DOCUMENT) By clicking here

Here are 7 examples of what your lender may be able to do to help you:

  1. Waive late payment fees
  2. Give you an extended period of time (perhaps as much in 12 to 24 months) to get caught up on your payment by adding a fraction of your outstanding loan payment balance to your payment each month until you can catch up
  3. Accepting a partial payment
  4. Moving your current payment to the end of your loan, allowing you time to get your financial house in order
  5. Granting you a separate interest-free or low interest personal loan for the amount of your missed payment
  6. Interest or principal reduction
  7. Loan refinancing or re-amortization

I would recommend an attorney to help you, also a good idea is to have PRE PAID LEGAL.

WHY? Because they have LARGE LAW FIRMS that looks really intimidating to a mortgage company. A pre Paid Legal Attorney can assist you with any questions you have and there is NO CHARGE if you are a member.

A Pre Paid Legal Attorney will also write a letter for you, or make a phone call for you if he/or she feels that will help, AT NO CHARGE with your membership!

Also all members get a 25% discount for ANY SERVICE that is not covered by the membership....and membership has its benefits!

How to avoid losing your home!

CALL YOUR LENDER

Your mortgage holder doesn't want to volunteer to help you, especially if they don't know you're experiencing problems making your payments.

Best thing to do is tell them your haveing problems and why.

Mortgage holders don't want to offer borrowers all of these options, but they will most likely have some of the options here available and they will most of the time EVENTUALLY try help you out.

You might be asked to provide proof of job loss, and they also may ask you for a financial statement, but if it helps keep you in your house it is probably the best thing to do.

The important thing is to DO ALL YOU CAN BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. Many people wait till they have to be forced to leave or they just move, when there may have been options available to them they just didn't try!

What do you think? Would you rather make a phone call or risk your house?

And again, a PRE PAID LEGAL Membership is always GOOD TO HAVE for protection of your whole family! Check out the benefits at the above website!
