Renting with low credit

When people have great credit, they get homes, when people have below great credit they don't qualify, so therefore they have to rent. When rentors run credit reports, they say your credit is less than perfect you can't rent here. So all these people who have recently faced foreclosures and have lost their homes and faced bankruptcy then when and where will they move to now?

The more $30 fees you pay for credit checks when renting ding your credit yet one more time, And then the news talks about how many homes are sitting unoccupied due to the foreclosure crisis and economy problems, They will continue to remain empty because no-one is credit worthy to rent any property let a lone buy. With so many families out of work right now and bankrupt, there is not enough room at the homeless shelters, causing people to live in their cars with their children. There is not enough food on the shelves to even feed the growing amount of homeless people. Even in the most prominent areas. Of course if you are in a scandal and was able to use your stolen money to secure a 3rd and fourth house, you are given the right to keep at least one, But if your like so many other people who have just been honest and paid what you can, you will never be good enough to own or in some cases even rent a property. And some of us are even fortunate enough to stay in a very small apt that is affordable to raise all our children.

What do you do to get into a rental when you have a job and a family but no place to live? please help.
