Report Scammers
74report scammers
I have had a lot of emails from scammer lately. One such scammer offers to buy something you are selling at a higher price asking personal and banking information. Some scammers actually have money, other people's money usually pirated from fraud schemes.
I found one such scammer a big scammer with employees, real-estate, big servers and knows how to coordinate, collecting and stealing personal data like name, business& banking data to use for future fraud schemes on others.
The FBI ic3-(internet crime agency) has received complaints on this big guy and the email companies that have hosted emails have taken action. But because this scammer has money and power, servers and know how is able to get a new emails.
The biggest reason why scammer like this one can not be stopped is because people do not take the time to report them. They think the spam button take care of it. Not the case, all that does is block the same email address from coming back to the inbox.
One really needs to do more I would invite others to take action.
By following these four easy steps and help get these email pirates off the internet.
1) I would keep a file on each suspect fraud scammer keep that header information and data on each one, sort of like a library of fraud scammers. Then when you receive emails you can check them against your data files received. If they are not on your list does not mean they are not a new one but at lease you can take a breath.
2) Go to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Fill out the form. http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/ This agency will investigate and passes the fraud data on to the proper authorities, if it is local the police, sheriff, state police, if it out of country the European Union has there own Internet Crime Complaint Center.
3) Contact the email company such as Yahoo, AT&T or what every company hosting the fraud scammer and ask them to take action. Give them your proof with header information and fraud proof and let them know you contacted the Internet Crime Complaint Center and have fill out a complaint. More then likely they will send you a response stating they have taken action or not taken action and there reasons as per their terms and condition policy and remember because of privacy rules they cannot tell you what action they have or have not taken.
4) Here are the email address's you can forward you email with your spammers header and a brief note:
Please take action on this crook, take away his/her email rights they are conducting fraud, breaking all ICANN laws, terms and condition policies.

YES THERE IS A NAME THAT RINGS A BELL AND IT IS KATHLEEN PINGEL..SHE IS USING THE MATCH.COM SITE TO GET HER PREY..PEOPLE THAT ARE SOFT ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY BELIEVE THE BULL AND THE PICTURES THERE ARE POSTING TO GET GET ONE INTO SENDING THEM CASH.
Hey gang!, I do not validate or condon any comments on this site. If you have evident that someone is breaking the FCC rules and regulations or Fair Trade rules then I sugget you take up the issue with these two agencys. Hubpages is not the place to post your comments for hate crimes. I would suggest going to Jerry Springer show or Dr. Pil show. Thanks for your understanding.
Laisseraller!
Finally, i found your site..it's very helpful with all the links in here, now i know where to direct my complaint about scammers, i've spent countless hours looking for where to report the kind of scam happened to me and most/all the ones i've tried are of no help. THANK YOU!
I understand people reading this hub may find other people which would fit the bill, unfortunately I am not allowed to post names, If you have experience a loss because of a scammer please follow the above suggestion and report them to the proper authorities. Do, not let it go make the extra effort that way we can get these people from taking more money from people.
Just wondering, what if you find out that someone is using someone else name and picture. Is there a website that I can go to.... I have been doing so much reseach because that same person has more than one account and is on the web without being caught
Hi! This was where I was at when I first wrote "Report Scammers" just because you located one does not mean you can stop them. With documentation and reporting they will find that they have fewer and fewer options, because most websites, email providers all have Terms and conditions specific for stopping or banning this behavior. Keep a record of your scammer and Alias used complete with photos and header information which provides authority the computer his is using. Once they authority have enough evident to arrest they can visit the crook and take his or her computer. The main problem is that people lead a busy life and do not have time to document or report to all the appropriate agency, companies needed here is some email address to start reporting but remember only report to the companies which the crooks are using to do the scams.

Hi! Because people do not have time to filling out the forms on fraud websites I have added another step which will save people a lot of time. I am hopefully the agency's can communicate together and a single website where one can report these crooks. I am thinking that each can charge a small amount to form and fund a communication center,
Where they can forward each email crook to the right agency and Id these crooks so they cannot just go to agency to agency with their email is taken away, in other words have their rights banded for life.
