Just like the commercial of the energizer bunny, residual income keeps coming in long after the work is done. I'm still recieving residaul income checks that would easily make a car payment for work I did with a company many years ago now.

Residaul income is simply that - income from work that is done once, but keeps coming month after month. Most people don't have the extra hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash to put in the bank and draw interest to live on. But most people can develop an extra stream of income with a little work and understanding.

One of my sources of residual income is about $300/month. I worked on this project part time for a couple of years and moved on. At 5% interest, I would have had to earned and saved $72,000.00 EXTRA dollars in 2 years - and put it in the bank! for the vast majority of people, this is not possible. We only need to look at the housing crisis to see that people live with little or no margin of savings.
