{CC: ALL THOSE THAT MATTER}

Dear {HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR or DIRECT SUPERVISOR}:

During my time in {DEPARTMENT} at {COMPANY NAME}, I was able to accumulate a great deal of knowledge and hands on experience with very much appreciation and gratitude. I would like to thank each one of you in receipt of this letter for either your ability to instill knowledge, having an understanding and sympathetic ear, or a terrific work ethic. With deep regret, I must inform you all that {EFFECTIVE DATE} will be my final day of employment with Aramark. As greater opportunity has come my way, I wish you all the best in health, safety, and happiness that life has to offer. I truly endured my time and experience with you all at {COMPANY NAME}. Thank You.

Respectfully,

{Your Name}
