The immediate benefit would be visible muscle tone and having great health and fitness. This is because the resistance training workout serves to strengthen the body when going through the motions. When the resistance training workout is done for a lengthier term, one can even have firm sculpted muscles for men and women alike. There could even be options of focusing on a muscle or group of muscles for strengthening and development. Other benefits include increased muscular power and strength which is a direct result of the regular exercise. Also included would be the improved metabolic rate because of the exercise, and strengthened bone health because of the strengthening of the sinews of the muscles and the hormones produced during the workout.
