Grilled Lobster and Shrimp

Garlic-Cream Shrimp and Scallops

Garlic Herb Shrimp and Chicken

According to the Red Lobster website, these dishes are grilled on a wood fire and topped with a garlic cream sauce. The video below explains how to grill the seafood and the garlic cream sauce is as follows:

Garlic Cream Sauce

1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 cup water
2 teaspoons chicken base
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic in oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour

Make a rue by mixing together the butter and flour. Over low heat, constantly stirring, mix together rue, whipping cream, minced garlic, paprika and chicken base. Serve over pasta or seafood.

This the simplest cream sauce recipe I could find.

These entrees are served with asparagus and parmesan red potatoes which could also be made on the grill.  The asparagus could be brushed with olive oil and roasted.  For the parmesan potatoes just make an aliminum foil pocket and fill with diced red potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

"RED LOBSTER" BISCUITS
