In this internet age that we have today, there are so many ways you can find restaurant recipes from some of your favorite restaurants and oftentimes don't even need to spend a dime. Here are five ways to find your favorite restaurant recipes that you can learn for free or for a minimum investment.

1. Visiting websites
Surprisingly, there are tons of restaurants that offer some of their recipes to their customers over their website. You probably won't find the recipes to their 'secret' or 'signature' sauces or dishes but you'll often find some recipes that you can get inspirations from.

2. Checking out the search engine results
There are many search engines today, but the mammoth of it all is still Google. You can simply type in a keyword phrase such as "restaurant recipes" or "Olive Garden recipes" and out pops hundreds of search engine results that you can browse through. Oftentimes, there are videos and/or articles that you'll find helpful.

3. Asking questions at the restaurant
Believe it or not, sometimes the best way to find out the recipe is by asking the servers or even the chefs at the restaurant. You will most probably not get the exact recipe just by asking for it from the waiter or waitress, but subtly asking questions like "what gives this sauce such a kick?" or "why does this beef have such a sweet tangy taste to it?" can oftentimes help you to secretly identify the ingredients to the recipe.

4. Visiting Forums
The great thing about forums is that you can interact with people who are interested in the same things as you who are also looking to find recipes as well. You can sometimes meet restaurant chefs or people who have found restaurant recipes who are willing to just spill the beans on their recipes.

5. Books and programs
You'll find tons of specialty books, programs and packages online that you can purchase that will give you hundreds of famous restaurant recipes for a very minimal investment. These books are filled with information derived from tens of hundreds of years of culinary experience condensed conveniently into organized format. Rather than learning from trial and error, it's smarter to get you started with the proven results from the trial and error of the authors in hand. It will surely save you time, money and the headaches of starting from scratch.
