Iraq Surge Results in More U.S. Soldiers Killed than Iraqi Soldiers
Although it's too early to pronounce the Bush surge a failure, in March U.S. soldiers killed were double the number of Iraqi soldiers killed, despite the fact that the plan calls for Iraqis to take the lead in the Bush program.
