   Let me begin by saying I have read quite a few reviews of Fat Loss 4 
Idiots, and I believe these reviews to have been written by idiots. Have the 
reviewers even bothered to read the sales text on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots 
website, or even purchased the program?
   Yes, it is a, budget, web based weight loss program and that is one of the things I 
like most about it. Have you any idea of how much money it costs to do 
Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, or LA Weight Loss to name a few? For $39 
dollars I got the Idiot Proof Diet and the Online Diet Generator plus the 
Beyond Calories 10 day high speed diet bonus (not part of Fat Loss 4 Idiots).
Guess what? I lost weight. Something I hadn't done wasting thousands of 
dollars on weight loss pills, fat burners, HydroxyCut, TrimSpa, Lipovox, 
Hoodia plus, carb blockers, fat blockers, and so on.

The Point is to Change your EATING HABITS

   Second thing to straighten out is you don't cut your calorie intake per day 
into half to start burning your fat storage, although this happens. You eat 
less calories per meal but eat more meals (four) per day for the same 
amount of total calories. In fact you don't even count calories. The whole 
point of the process is to change your eating habits so that by eating the 
right foods at the right times your metabolism is manipulated into burning

that. Now I could not find any negatives from any source that said drinking a 
lot of water was bad in any way for us. In fact, it is recommended by, 
doctors, trainers, coaches, nutritionists, and now myself as one of the best 
things you can do for yourself.

   In Summation, I found that Fat Loss 4 Idiots works and is easy to use. The
