If your goal is to Own, Build and Manage a successful, In Home Business then the greatest obstacle to achieving that goal, as I see it, is that most of your ZRII Up-line Distributors (like most MLM Distributors, to be fair) are only going to show you how to become a successful ZRII Distributor or Associate.

Learning how to become a successful Business Owner, by using an opportunity like what is being offered by ZRII as only one of many possible income streams, is entirely up to you.

Tip: Remember your goal. One opportunity, no matter how New or how much it will, "Explode" or how your upline organization can, "Walk On Water" Should Not Be Your Entire Business Structure.

You do want a Unique Business or Sales Proposition like what ZRII is offering but again, it should not be your only income stream.

Now before you get the wrong idea, I happen to LOVE the MLM Industry and the Internet Marketing Industry (among other income streams) with a passion.

This is because I know of no other method quite like it ANYWHERE, with which to create Personal and Financial FREEDOM.

The main thing I DON'T LIKE, is the Hype and BS training that gets spread around about what it takes to create that freedom and wealth.

The people who are going to join ZRII and make the serious money are the ones that REALLY know what they are doing. They have the necessary TRAINING and SKILL SETS that are required for success.

They've developed their Communications Skills, Personal Name Lists and Ability To Add Value to the point that building a ZRII organization becomes a very simple exercise.

If you don't already possess these attributes,it's also important while researching ZRII (or any MLM opportunity) to take into consideration the LEARNING CURVE that will be required.

This is not meant to deter you, it is actually meant to EMPOWER YOU.

Because most people who sign up for a Network Marketing Opportunity like ZRII don't actually achieve their initial expected results, will have the tendency to quit on themselves. (Google, "MLM failure rate" for an eye opener)

This is because they feel like a failure, or that they just can't do it. When in reality they were just told a bunch of RUBBISH about what it takes to be SUCCESSFUL.

Again, if you goal is to build your own business and not be inundated with a bunch of, "Opportunities" then...

If you’re reading this article (you have gotten this far so I assume your are), then you’ve more than likely stumbled across ZRII on the Web while looking for an income opportunity, or heard the Hager Marketing Group ( HMG )presentation on ZRII or you have been approached by a ZRII Distributor and are thinking about joining.

May I offer you congratulations for doing your Due Diligence. That is a major step in building a successful inhome business.

Now I know from first hand experience that you most definitely can make money with company's like ZRII. I have several friends who are all top income earners and enjoy the residual income that comes when your a top producer in the Health and Wellness Industry.

But don't be mistaken, it's not enough just to join ZRII, you also have to be willing to continually INVEST and DEVELOP YOURSELF so that you can really make money with YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

Being an entrepreneur is not an easy thing to do. It requires Heart, Persistence, Patience, Dedication and Ongoing Education.

That is why most people run away and don't enjoy the rewards that come when you put in the Hard Work and Energy necessary to become a ZRII money earner.

Now if you really LOVE ZRII and resonate with their Products, then I would suggest that it is a great place to begin building a business for yourself.

However it is very important that you choose your Network Marketing Company and Up-line Organization wisely as they will be your partners and your going to be spending a great deal of time devoted to them and building YOUR OWN ORGANIZATION.

ZRII has some amazing people in it and some exceptional teams associated with them... But again I highly recommend that you FIRST EDUCATE YOURSELF on Marketing, Lead Generation and the Real SKILLS that will bring prospects to you.

Yes I said, "Bring prospects to you." It is not as difficult as you might think and just think, No More Cold Calls, No More Lists Of Your Hundred Closest Friends, No More Trapping People In Elevators, and the rest of the outdated, "Old-timey" ineffective methods.

Today's Home Business Entrepreneurs know how to generate leads and systematically grow their business. I highly recommend that you learn the same thing if you want to experience that success.You can start here without being slapped in the face with a bunch of, "New Opportunities"...
