I cook all of the time and I really love some of the ingredients I cook with.  I thought I would do some reviews of my favorites.  The one I have picked for my first hubpage is Knorr Chipotle Bouillon Cubes. 

      If you want a not to hot but, then again, not to mild pepper flavor in what you are cooking, these little cubes are just the thing.   You can virtually season just about anything with them.

     I have tried the Chipotle Bouillon cubes in many different things and the flavor is always consistant and wonderful.  There is never a problem with them dissolving.  As long as you use them as directed and don't over compensate your seasoning the salt flavor is also just right and excellent.  There really is no need to use more than is directed.

     I have found that besides the obvious uses such as in soup or just having a cup of bouillon to sip on that the Chipotle Bouillon is an excellent way to flavor brown and white rices, couscous and my husband uses this Knorr seasoning in many flavors in his Farina (cream of wheat).  We have cooked our pasta in the Chipotle bouillon as well as other Knorr bouillon flavors.  If you make your own salsa, warm some of the juice from the tomatoes and dissolve a Knorr Chipotle bouillon cube in it and mix into the salsa.  It's an excellent flavor enhancer.  Mixed with cornstarch it also makes an excellent gravy for enchiladas or tamales.

     The product by far is more economical than buying prepared broths.  You get 24 cups of broth for just pennies a cup, when you pay $2 or $3 for just a couple of cups of prepared broths.
