Priced in the mid-$2000 range, the Panasonic provides a three year warranty on all parts of the chair. Although the controllers on the massage chair are complex, the chair is very advance and will relieve your fatigue muscles with its high quality technology. If you don’t have time to read the manual for the chair, there is a voice guidance system that will navigate you through using the features of the massage chair. Having a variety of options to choose from, the remote may seem intimidating and takes some getting used to but you will have the hang of it soon enough.

Two vital features on this massage chair are the extendable leg rest and the Junetsu massage. The Junestu is a technique is designed to deeply penetrate your muscles. It uses small circular motions combined with compact pressure. This combination allows you to receive an incisive and rejuvenating massage. This technique will be sure to show attention to needy areas on your back.

Junetsu can be described as an extremely fine kneading and this is an efficient technique. The leg rest is also a key feature that will become your favorite. Although it may not seem exciting to you, the leg feature is very important. To cater to the American market, the Panasonic has added five inches to expand the leg rest.

The great thing about the Panasonic massage chair is that it can be used as a regular chair. As we all know, some massage chairs are not comfortable when they are not in use. The massage chair also comes with comfortable padded armrest covers. The upholstered back of the chair is plush and the synthetic leather is so soft that it feels like the real thing. The first four programs and the quick program are five minute reviving massages. The benefits of each program are created specifically for the user. You can also use the manual massage techniques which are shiatsu, junetsu, tap, stretch, knead, Swedish and full roll. You can also choose particular back programs to work out any tension in your muscles. You can focus on your lower back, upper back or full back. There is also a built in air massage system that pays attention to your feet and calves in the leg rest.

Although the Panasonic 30003 massage chair may look like a typical massage chair, without the aesthetics of a massage chair like the HT-1650 from Human Touch, it is what is on the inside that counts. A drawback I have found with this chair is that for tall folks, the foot massager will have to be fully extended so your ankles get massaged rather than your feet. The ottoman does have a 6 inch extension feature, but for folks over 6 feet, it still requires full extension of the foot massager to fit comfortably.

The Panasonic 30003 massage chair is a very vigorous massage chair. It will give the musculature a very good massage. It is not what I would consider a "gentle" massage. It has a great track length which reaches down to the top of the buttocks and right up to the base of the skull. Some chairs do not go so low...so this was a pleasant surprise.

The remote control, with voice activation, is extremely user friendly; one of the most user friendly remotes we have seen. I think all the new Panasonic 30000 series chairs have this feature. Even the chair position is pre-set with each of the pre-programmed sessions. It takes all the guess-work out of using the chair. Just sit...press a pre programmed session, and sit back. The chair will take care of everything else for you.

If you are seeking a chair that has high quality equipment and can take you away from your muscle tension the Panasonic will fulfill that responsibility. Without a doubt, it will become your favorite chair. The Panasonic will give you more than what your bargained for.
