Dinner Made Easy...

The main feature of Real Simple's October issue is a month of easy-to-make dinners, shopping list included. No doubt prepared with the frenzied mother of schoolchildren in mind who has to re-establish the years school routine while still maintain some semblance of order. I've enjoyed quite a few recipe's from Real Simple and decided to try out their month of meals.  A little challenge to me to eat out less and cook more.
