The P90X workout program has been around for many years now. There are countless people telling about their successes and failures all over the net. Many who have started the 90 day journey have either blogged about the workout system or have talked about it on a forum or two.

Tony Horton's p90x is one of the most difficult workouts a person can d.

How can a 12 DVD set and two books kick someone into shape!? Its probably one of the smallest workout set a person can buy but I guess big things really do come in small packages.

That dvd set not only has all of the information a person would want to know about how to get fit, but is also has all of the knowledge and skill to take a person from being either overweight or scrawny to losing weight and gaining muscles. It truly is an amazing package.

If you did a search on the net for all of the different success stories you will see many who have succeeded and many who have failed.

Why do they fail? Probably because they lost motivation, they got tired of working out six days a week or maybe they where happy with the small but measureable results they got from the first few weeks.

Just take a look and some of these other p90x reviews:

  • Here is a lady who did the p90x a few years ago and actually just started to do it again for the second time. You can read her review of the p90x here.
  • Here is another woman who is a workout junkie, but she also completed the p90x, read her review of the p90x here.
  • A guy who is on the journey of completing the p90x workout, you can read his reviews here.

These are just some of literally thousands of reviews of the p90x workout system online.

I tried doing P90X a few years ago. While I found the workout to be great and challenging, my work schedule just couldn't allow for 1 - 1.5 hours a day six days a week. My schedule is better know, so I do hope to get back on it and see what can happen in 90 days.

As truparad0x mentioned, P90X does take a good deal of time to follow but the results really are worth the extra effort. Highly recommended.

Great writeup! It's a hardcore workout for sure, but the results it can bring make the work worthwhile.
