great lens! nice info! TY
Treating the cause and not the symptoms are what I find helpful.
See the following:
I meet so many people with arthritis and diseases promoted by acidosis. I finally started blogging about nutrients used to balance the PH and stop the acid deposits that cause inflammation and deformity of joints. A friend of mine has gout, the most painful kind of arthritis. I am so glad he realized he was not getting the help he needed from various medications and just diet changes. He now is on alfalfa, calcium and probiotic to balance out his flora. When he starts on the multivitamin I believe is the most bioavailable, and actually has a delivery system to get into the bloodstream, and starts using fish oil that is distilled for purity, I will rest easier. So many are searching for answers. Our diets tend to acidify us, lack of exercise, stress and the absolute abuse of overmedication add to growing numbers of diseased people. Doctors have said it is not the disease, but the acidic state that has to be addressed. I am unfolding this discussion on my blog, and cross reference other resources. I hope to do some good before I pass this world.
