Scrushy Disgorges $81 Million Ill-gotten Gains
Richard Screwshy, disgraced former CEO of HealthSouth, was forced to disgorge $81 million of his ill-gotten gains in order to settle an Security and Exchange Commision lawsuit. He narrowly escaped conviction on criminal charges last year in a related case. He is one of the current crop of champion, blue ribbon CEO hogs.
