Rion-I is an unsigned, indie, solo reggae artist who's born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He is a graduate of a world renowned music school called Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California and through that he has received an Associates of Arts certificate.

He has performed in well known clubs in Hollywood such as BB Kings; The Pig & Whistle; and The Knitting Factory.

Rion-I has his song "It's You" being played on the radio: 78.4 Shibuya FM and other songs on Podsafe Music Network internet radio shows.

He is also ranked #2 on Myspace's top unsigned reggae artist in Japan.
