I have believed that Brad Pitt is Robert Redford's son since seeing the movie "A river runs through" when it was originally released. However, since he would have been married to his then wife Lola when Brad was born and he was a practicing mormon, he would then have to "fess up" to an extramarital affair.
I have thought that R. Redford and B.Pitt were father and (long lost) son for years now. Their eyebrows and nose are the same, not to mention the same squint they make with their eyes. Even the fat above their eyes are the same. The more B. Pitt ages, the more he resembles and takes on the characteristics of R. Redford.
Look at pitt's mom and dad. The guy obviously is a cross between them both.

absolutely! I have always thought they were father/son from the moment I first saw Brad Pitt.
Robert is better than Brad... Brad maybe seems to be a "baby"...
I can'T
Their jaw lines, face symmetry, and coloring are nearly identical. However, their eyes, nose and mouths look totally different to me. They also have different bulids, Pitt is a bit bigger. Redford was much hotter in his day!
I'v always believed this too!!!
They have to be related. It's too coincidental that they both
look like they do. I'm a big fan of Robert, and not so much of Brad, however, the likeness is beyond dismissal. Also, Most of the movies that Brad has been in, Robert had something to do with, whether it be producing, directing, or whatever.
Kinda makes ya wonder, huh?
If anyone has the actual truthful answer...please let me know
Thanks,
Dani
no no no brad pitt is brad pitt is brad pitt is brad pitt
they are both """HOT""""
I have thought this for many years since Thelma and Louise.
I researched both biographies to see if there was anything that would connect them at the time of Pitt's birth and Redford's location and could find nothing. I think it would be nice for the public to know if this were true. Both Redford and Pitt are top notch.
I don't know when it hit me that I thought they were pa & son, but it makes me feel better to know im not the only one. It also confirms the fact that it's easier to get ahead in Hollywood if your related to someone already established.
what about butch cassidy and sundance kid?? mr ROB is so brad pitt and its awesome
Look at 'The great Gatsby', there Robert was about the age Brad Pitt is now. The resemblance is amazing!
Bob wins :)
I am relieved to know that I am not the only one who thinks this. I had not heard anyone else say this, but I have thought it for a long time. Was Robert Redford in Oklahoma in 1962/63?

Totally agree! Thought that too, when I saw a promotional picture of Brad and the Curious Case.... The same week I saw the 1984 movie The Natural with Robert Redford and I was completely baffled!!!!!!! Grade A remark!
