I started writing here on HUB just a few weeks ago. Some of my articles were ok, some were pretty good I thought, and a few deserved more credit than they were getting. I tried to read through different suggestions but I felt overwhelmed. I tired to post comments to other hubbers, joined fan clubs and researched. With few changes being realized in my traffic, I turned to Craigslist for help. Who knew there were other uses for Cl besides finding a job, bike, apartment or asian transvestite!

So if you havent looked arounf on Criagslist, go check it out. Go ahead, Ill be right here.

So you see it offers almost near everything. There are personal sites, stuff for sale, jobs and community.

I marketed two hubs on Cl, one on Learning the Secret and one on Pole Dancing Classes

I first posted in my home city of Philadelphia. The Secret Hub was linked to about a week ago and the pole blog just last night when I wrote it .

I posted to about 10 cities over a few days, then added about 10 more. My hub score started to climb, I started getting a few Google hits, and I made an extra 6 cents ( yeah ladies, I'm going places!)

Craigslist has some rules. You can't post the same article in using the same email address in different cities, or something like that. I just went to my philly post, made a copy, opened notepad and pasted. I then went to the top op the list of cities on the craigslist home page and opened thae appropriate section. For my Steps to Learning The Secret hub I went to " community" then : "groups" . My headers would say something like " do you want to find others who are into positive thinking" or a variation like that. I would paste the post from my notepad and change a few things so it wasn't the same, elluding the CL censor. I then clicked post, entered the security code and poof, I had a listing on CL. I did this for almost every major city, making slight changes each time.

Craigslist is moderated by the community so don't be alarmed if your post gets flagged and removed, it is part of CL and you can't do much about it.

Registar your email with craiglist. This will allow you to skip having to verify every post after it is emailed to you.This also allows you to click on your name after you have signed in to view all of your posts. After a few days your post will move down on the list of items on Cl so you will want to delete it then repost. To do this click on the item in your list of posts, delete it, click back button and hit repost or refresh the page with your list of posts and click on that one and repost. Then watch your numbers climb.
