Why I wanted to learn Italian...

My fascination with writing this Rosetta Stone Italian Review started with my love of Italian food. I love love love pasta. I wanted to learn the language because I was so fascinated with the food.

I traveled to Italy just to taste the different kinds of pasta and pizza and I was in love.

They say that the way to a person's heart is their stomach and I believe it's true!

Rosetta Stone Italian Review

I wanted to write a Rosetta Stone Italian Review because of how glad I am I bought it. I used to speak Italian pretty fluently as a child, but it has been years since I’ve used it. I wanted to bring back my heritage and culture so I decided to get Rosetta Stone Italian.

I’m horrible at dealing with computers and all that nonsense. But even I managed to get it to work. That’s asking a lot for me. I had Windows and it was quite simple to just pop in the CD and let it load up. My HP Laptop loaded the CD with no troubles as well. I’m currently using that same laptop while writing this Rosetta Stone Italian Review.

When I started...

I was excited to start using Rosetta Stone Italian so I started right away. You can customize what you want to do first so I started with the lessons. You can change it up if you want to learn more of the spoken language first instead of the written. Then I started learning the basic vocabulary for things. Some of the numbers and verbs starting coming back to me from my adolescent years.

I was able to listen to myself as I said some of the words outloud into the mic. I have a bit of background in Spanish so it helps with me learning Italian. I loaded up some of the audio on my iPod so that I could listen to it while I went jogging. Everytime I had a spare moment, I would listen to it on my iPod. To date, I’m already a couple months into the lessons as I’m writing this Rosetta Stone Italian Review.

If you keep using the software, you keep getting better. The best part is about the software is that you don’t have to memorize confusing conjugations, verbs, and tenses. I learn by doing so this program works great for me.

With a friend..

Sometimes my friend comes over and she learns Italian with me too. Rosetta Stone Italian allows you to add multiple users at the same time on the same computer. The program lets you add more users on one computer. (She doesn’t try it out as often as I do, but whenever she does hop on, the software revisits where she left off.It remembers where you left off and keeps it separate from other accounts.I can leave and sign out and my friend can hop back on and continue where she left off and not where I left off.)

The language classes I’ve taken is all focused on memorization and complicated tasks. Those classes are really boring and easy to get frustrated.

Rosetta Stone Italian is actually really fun and has got to be one of the most easier approaches to learning a new language. I want to conclude my Rosetta Stone Italian Review as rating the program 10 stars!
