Using the renowned Navteq mapping data Route 66 provides a full voice guided navigation system complete with Point Of Interest (POI) integration and lane information. It is also possible for users to add their own POIs.

Also, use at least a 2GB card so you that you can have some room for more than one map and room for music and photos too, depending on your taste.
