One day he receives an order form asking him if he would wind or not wind and is instructed to put it in his desk drawer. A few minutes later, a doll appears in his room. Once he winds the doll, he is astonished to see the doll come to life.

Even though, she tries her best to make Jun happy, he takes his angry and frustration out on her. When the Rozen Maiden dolls start arriving in their home, she is happy to care for them and makes them a special hamburger with an egg shaped flower on top. She is still attending school and is an avid lacrosse player.

Shinku

Shinku is the fifth Rozen Maiden doll. She is the doll that mysteriously appeared in Jun's room. She is the main Rozen Maiden doll. She a bit stuck up and constantly reminding Jun that he is her servant and smacks him every now and again. She seems rather mean and uncaring at times but it's really just a facade. She so much wants to become the "Alice" doll and feels she has an image to upkeep.

In combat, Shinku fights with rose petal attacks. The rose petals can be used in a number of different attacks. Her other weapon is a cane which can be transformed into a sword. When Hina feels insecure about being locked away and forgotten like her previous owner, she drags Tomoe into her alternate world. Shinku enters the world and does battle with Hina. They decide on a draw once Tomoe has become injured and to weak to supply Hina with the power she needs to win. Instead of taken, Hina's rose mystica, she takes Hina back to live with Jun. Suigintou
Suigintou

Suigintou

Suigintou is considered the evil Rozen Maiden doll and appears in the third episode of the series. She is determined to be the winner of the Alice Games and warns Shinku of her intentions. Suigintou was the first Rozen Maiden doll created but never finished. Her inferiority complex fuels her demonic behavior and she will use whatever tactics necessary to win. It's very apparent, she hates Shinku the most out of all the other Rozen Maiden dolls. She does battle with Shinku on more than on occasion.

Suiseiseki
Suiseiseki

Suiseiseki

Suiseiseki is the third Rozen Maiden doll and twin sister of Souseiseki. They are both referred to as gardeners for their ability to communicate and tend not only to regular plants, but also to the soul trees of humans. Suiseisek's weapon is a water can. She likes to torment Jun and Hina. She is also very upset when Souseiseki chooses her master over her.Suiseiseki also likes to arrive through Jun's closed bedroom window because she knows it totally annoys him when she comes crashing in.

Souseiseki

Souseiseki is the youngest of the gardener twins. Her weapon is the gardening shears. Unlike her older sister, she feels compelled to stay with her master,Motoharu Shibasaki, an old man who tragically lost his son in an automobile accident and his wife in a coma. Motoharu believes Souseiseki is his reincarnated son.

Souseiseki temperment is more relaxed than her big sister and even though she loves her sister dearly, she can not leave Motoharu.

"Rose Maiden"

In this episode Jun is busy ordering more mystical objects from the internet and his sister Nori is struggling to bring in all the packages that arrived in the mail. Jun receives an odd order form which he fills out and places in his drawer. A few minutes later he trips over a case that magically appeared in the middle of his floor.

Inside the case is the fifth Rozen Maiden doll, Shinku. Jun winds up the doll and she comes to life. The first she does is smack him in the face for looking under her dress. A few minutes later a clown appears and is trying to kill Jun. Shinku informs Jun, she could help him but he must swear to be her servant. In order to save himself he kisses Shinku's ring.

"Hinaichigo"

In this episode we meet another Rozen Maiden doll, Hina-Ichiago and her medium Tomoe. Hina is a very childish doll and becomes very angry when Tomoe doesn't have enough time to play with her. In a childish tantrum, Hina takes Tomoe to her alternate world. Shinku and Jun enter the alternate world to save Tomoe.

"Suigintou"

In episode three, Hinaichigo is now living in the Sakurada house after being defeated by Shinku in the Alice Game. The evil Rozen Maiden doll, Suigintou makes her first appearance in thei episode through a mirror in one of the rooms in Sakurada home.

"Suiseiseki"

In episode four, Suiseiseki, the Third Doll of the Rozen Maiden makes her entrance by crashing through the window in Jun's bedroom. She takes everyone to Jun's dream world, which is actually a very dismal and sad place to be. Flashbacks from school haunt him.

"The Stairway"

Episode five is one of my favorites. It's very amusing to see the personality of the dolls come to life. Suiseiseki steals HinaIchiago's strawberry and then denies it. Jun sides with HinaIchiago and Shinku with Suiseiseki until Jun plays a trick on her.

"Tears"

In episode six, Suigintou evil plan comes into play. She takes Hinaichigo hostage. Shinku, Jun, and Suiseiseki enter Suigintou's world to battle along with a few of Jun's stuffed animals including the clown who tried to kill him in the first episode. The clown is damaged in battle. Jun hates seeing the clown all torn up and sews him back together. The other dolls are surprised to see the clown come back to life, the only other person who has that ability is the "Father" the creator of the Rozen Maiden dolls.

"Dreams"

In episode seven, Jun struggles with facing his fears in his dreams and retrieving a notebook. It's the only hope he has of saving Shinku.

"Souseiseki"

In episode eight, the fourth maiden doll Souseiseki is introduced. The old man is lonely from the loss of his son. He always sees Souseiseki as his late son. She refuses to live his side even though her twin sister, Suiseiseki is very upset with her decision. Suiseiseki tries to forcibly remove her sister from the old man's side.

"The Prison"

In episode nine, the old man's past is revealed. His son died in a car crash and his wife fell into a coma a long time ago. Suigintou enters the old man's dream world and entraps Jun and the dolls inside it. She also manages to take Souseiseki's artificial spirit, Renpika, and is threatening Suiseiseki to hand over her artificial spirit, Sui Dream or she will kill Jun.

"Parting"

In episode ten Suigintou is declaring a battle with Shinku to begin at midnight. The victor will receive the other's Rose Mystica and be one step closer to winning the Alice Game. Shinku mentions the upcoming battle to no one and remains unusually quiet all day long. At midnight, she says goodbye to Jun and departs.

"Destiny"

In episode 11, Suigintou has prepared for her battle with Shinku but using the power she took from Suiseiseki, Sui Dream and trapping Jun in a dream state. While Jun is trapped in his dream, he will be unable to act as Shinku's medium. Nori, Hinaichigo, Suiseiseki and Souseiseki must enter Jun's dream and save him.

"Shinku"

In episode 12, the battle continues between Suigintou and Shinku. At one point, Shinku is damaged and in order to save her Jun must overcome his thoughts of worthlessness. Suigintou was defeated in the end because she had no idea this puny depressed little boy had the strength and perseverance to face his fears. While Suigintou's clothes are burning away, it is apparent, she was never completely finished and it was the main reason she was so desperate to win the Alice game and become the perfect doll and win over Father's love.
