Buyer Beware!

  1. What you think and feel is important!
  2. After reading, leave a comment at the bottom.

It was an early evening in February and, after a hard day, I was laid back in my recliner watching some television when on came an infomercial for Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business. I was actually captivated by the commercial and his promise of huge rewards but what impressed me the most was his continued statements about "support", "quality customer service" and how he felt so confident that one would succeed with a small investment of only $39.95. Aroused by my curiosity, I ordered his so called "comprehensive", in depth study course that would give me everything I needed to succeed.

I finally received my long anticipated, Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business study course that was guaranteed to ensure my success.

Well, I was extremely disappointed in the materials I received, which appeared to be nothing more than "fluff". Just more sales material with none of the actual "grit" that I needed to start succeeding in the cash flow business right away (as promised).

Over the next several weeks, I received at least a dozen phone calls from high pressure telemarketers that worked for The Dalbey Institute, trying to sell me "one of just a few remaining positions" in what was referred to as the "winner's circle". The price for the positions started at $10,000.00 and, with every "no" answer I responded with, the all important seat in the winners circle seemed to get cheaper and cheaper until the last opportunity I had to get on board was for $1,000.00.

I said no to these people so many times that I was running out of excuses. My last excuse for ditching these guys was that I only had about $200 in my checking account, which was true at the time. At the same moment, I shut of my cell phone so I could actually do something besides try to get rid of these guys.

Now, let me preface this next statement with, I said NO may times and I handn't given these people my credit card number since my initial purchase for $39.95 off the television. About 15 minutes after turning off my phone, I got a voice mail from the telemarketer who told me "the great news" that he got my credit card to process for $200 which would be enough to get me started.

I was furious. Not only did I not want to order from these people but they also had the nerve to charge my card without my authorization. It appears, they keep your credit card on file, even after the order is processed.

They finally refunded what they stole from my account but it literally took me more than a week of phone calls to get my money back. Yes, I can use the word "stole" because they took it without my consent. That is stealing, is it not?

I don't make it a habit to post a derogatory comments about my competition. In fact, it's my belief that competition is healthy. However, this is America. I have the right to speak, write and report the truth. Russ Dalbey is in business to make money and he makes money on people that order his program and joing his winner's circle.

Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business might have some success stories in the "winner's circle program" but I am certainly not one of them. In fact, since the fiasco, I have not received any support from him or his associates. I get his "sales" emails almost daily in my email box, regardless of how many times I unsubscribe, but no support - that costs extra, which is in complete contradiction to what you hear in his infomercial.

In summary; Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business was a very bad experience for me and, before you do business with him or his company, you might want to learn more about the cash flow notes business and Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business.

They never refunded my $39.95!

My advice to any and everyone?

Buyer beware!!

I ordered the program this april before i had my son and i agree the support is nothing more than a bunch of pipe dream sales calls. i was so excited when i heard about the winner's circle only to have my dreams dashed by the outrageous price. If i was only willing to pay 50 or less dollars in the first place what makes you think i can even spare 1000 or more. if i wanted a high business start up cost i would have gone into day trading or opened a salon where i have to pay a lease or what not.

one thing i have to disagree the books aren't fluff they have valuble information but be prepared for some real footwork. It puts a bug in your ear on which way to go. If you do the work the 40 bucks is worth it but it is NOT FAST CASH.
