A Vision Board (also called a Treasure Map or a Visual Explorer or Creativity Collage) is often a poster board on which you paste or collage images of your dreams that you’ve taken from different magazines or online pictures that you want to materialise into reality... John is an international best selling author, speaker as well as a highly successful entrepreneur. As a teenager he experienced low self esteem and had a tulmutuous lifestyle. He just discovered the picture of the home on his vision board was the exact house he was living in now and he didn't even know it!

Most people think that just by looking at pictures it's going to manifest their dreams but it doesn't work that way. Instead the whole idea is to recondition your brain to believe those pictures are already reality. Anytime you focus on exactly what you want you are actually sending out a signal to the quantum field or intelligence as it's known. And your thoughts are the most powerful form of energy in the universe. So when we focus on something we are sending out that signal and when we apply one of the other great laws called Goya which stands for (get off your a_ _!) we have another law to move us towards what we want while the universe and our brain figure out how to accomplish our dreams. A great deal of research in the United states especially at the Heart Math Institute has demonstrated" when we get emotionally involved in an idea our heart emits a frequency that can be measured and actually seen that is 60 to 80 times more powerful than the frequency that your brain emits by having thoughts. So when you match up the brain frequency with the heart frequency it's a much more duplicatible process that anybody can apply in order to really start achieving their dreams and goals.

Our planet has existed for billions of years. The universe has been around for thirteen to fifteen billion years and it functions with absolute order and perfection. Not a single electron is out of place. So we now understand that we have a universe that responds to everything we desire. This powerful force is hear now. We don't just live in a physical universe. We also live in a non physical universe that we're discovering more about every day and "what we are discovering is our very thoughts manipulate nature at the subatomic level and we are actually converting energy into matter and then matter back into energy. So we know that this universe operates in absolute order and perfection." Another vision board works because of something called "selective attention." "If you repeat the word, 'blue, blue, blue,' and you start looking around the room, all the blue things will start popping out."

A vision board is a constant reminder to take action and make your dreams a reality but how many times did you write down your goals or dreams in your note book and then later your notebook was just laying around collecting dust after you forgot your goals or dreams were even in there?
