THE FRIGHTFUL PROSPECT OF A SECRET ARMY WAITING FOR SADDAM HOOSAIN

The World received the news of SADDAM HOOSAIN'S death sentence with a measure of disbelief and skeptisism . Disbelief in the sense that much might still happen before the actual sentence is executed. However, up to this point , no one has as yet done anything for or against Saddam regarding his incarceration.

But, to the anguish of its neighbours, and to those active in Iraq (HUMANITARIAN AID etc.) the ruthless killing of civilians, not to mention military personel as well as government workers renders extreme reason for concern.

Not a day goes by that ordinary civilians are caught in the cross-fire of the hatred between the two dominant parties, i.e. the SHIITES and the SUNNIS , and the threat of a full scale civil war is creeping ever closer and closer with every SUICIDE BOMB ATTACK!

Strange enough, what is happening now , is somewhat a perpetuation of the age-old conflict that existed between the TWO PARTIES since the time of the early KHALIFS.

How Saddam Hoosain managed to rule Iraq with his particular brand of dictatorship for so many years, remains a mystery, and , he would have continued to rule Iraq , had George Bush (Senior and Junior ) not endeavoured to depose him. Irrespective of the grievances of SHIITES, KURDS, OR ANY OTHER DENOMINATION!

There is a very strange prophecy about THE SECRET ARMY that is waiting on SADDAM HOOSAIN'S return. And, as much as the WORLD would like to satisfy themselves in the knowledge that The Dictator is safely out of posterity's way (where he can do no harm at all) the frightening prospect of a hidden MILITARY MACHINE is something to think about.

Indeed Bush and Blair have opened Pandora's box - whereas Sadam had been sitting squarely on the lid.
