Domestic violence help can be found from other places such as the police and information available on-line. Get advice before doing too much too quickly,weigh up all options and then act. Bear in mind that if you are suffering abuse the next attack may be the most serious or even fatal,also if you suspect someone you know is suffering abuse then encourage them to report it for the same reasons. Take children with you if there is a risk of abuse to them and don't go back unless you can guarantee it wont start again.
