THE VIRTUAL LOGBOOK CONCEPT

This Table of Contents is hyperlinked into hubpages which are stored out on the internet as individual log entries creating a virtual Sailor’s Logbook which can be viewed as though its parts were all located in a single document.

Log entries will cover sailing trips out of the Dana Point Harbor located in Orange County between the famous vacation towns of Laguna Beach and San Clemente. The entries may also occasionally cover other sailing related topics, such as little bits of useful knowledge or photos of sailing locations etc.

To get started, just click on the log entry you want to read, and when you’re done click on your browser’s back arrow to return to the Table of Contents.

As entries are added to the logbook, this Table of Contents will be updated.

We return to sailing out of Dana Point after an 8 month hiatus.

Sailor's Log - November 23, 2009

My first sail on a Sabre rigged for racing. An interesting deviation from the Catalina and Hunter boats.

Sailor's Log - December 1, 2009

We take the Hunter 31, Morning Star, and head up the coast to Laguna Beach.
