Looping Links:

Search engines take into consideration the number of links in and out of a web site, as many of you already know. However one way of creating your own in/out links without stepping out of bounds with the search engines is to use what I call Looping Links. To make this work you need three separate identities with all the content somehow interconnected.

First what you need is a main web site and a topic, let's say bicycles. Fill it up with resources on bicycles, bike parts, the types, where to buy them, ranking them, etc. and on a regular basis constantly update that content. Updated content is extremely important at all times.

Now get yourself a blog account at Blogger or wherever or better yet create another domain and install WordPress. This second domain will be dedicated to articles on biking, competitions, types of riding like off-road, racing, stunts, etc. Within the template of the blog make sure that every new article posted has a link back to your first site automatically inserted.

Make sure that at least once per week add something new to the blog - old blog content is very quickly ignored by search engines. Preferably you'll write your own articles however, at times, you can get away with using some of the articles you will find in article directories. It's better though if the articles are original as the search engines give you a slightly higher rank for original content.

Now on your first site, on every page, place a link to your blog.

The last piece of the puzzle is to get a third site and set up a bike forum. Both the first and second sites will link to the bike forum. In the forum message template link back on every post made in the forum a link to both your main site and the writing blog. Make sure you use a lot of marketing to get the forum active. The more members the better so that you are generating hundreds, if not thousands of posts, each automatically having a link to your other sites. Between your blog and your forum you are now creating hundreds of links per month back to your main site which in turn slightly increases your ranking.

Now back on your first site, on every page, place a link to your forums.

You've just created a never-ending loop of 1. Fresh content, and 2. Constantly growing links from three separate web sites. Search engine spiders will count the incoming and outgoing links and since they are going to separate domains with each page of the blog and the forum posts being new and unique they are counted and add to your rank.
